Refund & Exchange Policy
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if Laiona Collection made an error with your order (wrong item, size, or color).
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items delivered exactly as ordered. Please review all product details, measurements, sizes, and selected options before placing your order.
• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and selected your items accordingly.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• If approved, a prepaid return label will be provided, and refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
• Custom-made and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If an error occurs on our end, an exchange will be offered.
